  • 1. Scope of Consultancy Services

    FlyNexD offers advisory, documentation, application assistance, and liaison services, but does not guarantee any final outcome.

    • Student Processing/Migration/Work Permit: Our service covers counseling, documentation checklist preparation, application submission, interview preparation, and liaison with educational institutions or governmental bodies (e.g., Embassies, Immigration Departments).
    • Tour and Travel: Our service covers flight/accommodation/tour booking and visa guidance where applicable. We act as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
    2. Client Obligations and Responsibilities

    The success of your application or travel arrangement depends significantly on your compliance. You agree to:

    • Accuracy of Information: Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information and documents to FlyNexD. The Company is not responsible for any application rejection or delay resulting from false, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the Client.
    • Timeliness: Submit all required documents, fees, and responses to queries in the deadlines specified by the Company or the relevant external authorities (e.g., Embassies, Universities).
    • External Fees: Pay all mandatory external fees (e.g., Visa application fees, Embassy fees, Tuition fees, Airfare, Insurance costs) directly to the relevant authority or third-party service provider. These external fees are separate from the Company’s service charges.
    • Cooperation: Fully cooperate with FlyNexD staff and attend any scheduled appointments or interviews.
    3. Service Fees and Payment
    • Service Fees: Our consultation and processing fees are communicated to the Client in a separate service agreement or invoice.
    • Non-Refundable: Unless explicitly covered by the Refund Policy (Section 4), all service fees paid to FlyNexD for work initiated, including initial consultation and file preparation, are strictly non-refundable.
    • Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable Bangladeshi taxes (VAT/Tax) as per government regulations.

    4. Strict Refund and Cancellation Policy

    PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. BY PAYING OUR SERVICE FEES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THIS STRICT POLICY.

    Event Refund Status of FlyNexD's Service Fee Note
    Voluntary Withdrawal 0% Refund. No refund will be issued if the Client decides to withdraw their application or cancel the service after the agreement is signed and work has commenced. This covers the administrative and professional hours invested.
    Visa/Permit/Admission Rejection Strictly Non-Refundable. The service fee covers the provision of expert application services, regardless of the final decision by the external authority. FlyNexD does not control the final decision of any Embassy, University, or Immigration authority.
    Rejection due to Client Misconduct 0% Refund. This includes rejection due to fraudulent documents, failure to attend an interview, lack of required funds, or failure to disclose relevant history. The service agreement will be immediately terminated.
    External Fees (e.g., Visa Fee, Tuition) Not Refundable by FlyNexD. External fees are subject to the individual refund policies of the respective third-party authority (e.g., Embassy, Airline, University). FlyNexD will, upon request, assist in recovering these funds from the third party, but offers no guarantee.
    Cancellation of Tour/Travel Booking Subject to the specific cancellation policy of the airline, hotel, or tour operator. A separate administrative cancellation charge from FlyNexD may also apply. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

    REFUND PROCESSING: Any exceptions to this policy, if mutually agreed upon in writing, will be processed within 60 working days from the date the written refund agreement is executed.


    5. Limitation of Liability
    • FlyNexD shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or damages arising from the actions or inactions of third-party authorities, including government agencies, immigration departments, universities, airlines, or any other external service provider.
    • The Company's liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount of the service fee paid by the Client to FlyNexD.
    6. Intellectual Property

    All materials, checklists, internal guides, and application methodologies provided by FlyNexD remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without express written consent.

    7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

    8. Changes to the Terms

    FlyNexD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
